**Graduate Recruitment Consultant**

Our client works with big household brands such as _**ASOS, Sky, BBC and Skyscanner**_recruiting the best technology professionals for them.

They invests heavily in training and development for their trainees which means YOU have the opportunity to make a lot of money from day 1, as well as becoming an industry expert

On average, trainees are earning **£45,000** within their first year at the company and the standard timeline for promotion is 12-18 months.

- Competitive base salary of £25k (rises after 3 months) with OTE of £45k in first year
- Industry leading commission that goes up to 40%

**What you’ll be doing as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant**
- Sourcing talent via networking, headhunting and more
- Business development calls to win new and exciting clients
- Build out a presence within your field
- Attending network events
