This post presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Academic Quality team within Academic Services. This integrated team is responsible for the delivery of high-quality support to Faculties and academic partners in the implementation of the University’s quality assurance framework.
You will be committed to working collaboratively with colleagues across BU and have excellent team working, communication and organisation skills. This role will be key in providing administrative support across a wide range of tasks such as inbox query management, documentation updates and review, meeting coordination and organisation, minute taking, and maintaining central records and data reports for the team’s activities. You will also support key project activity undertaken by the Academic Quality team as part of ongoing enhancement of the quality assurance framework at BU.
You will be adaptable taking a proactive approach to ensure that you are working effectively and will be able to prioritise your work to ensure deadlines are met. You should have a strong record of providing excellent customer service.
