**Bartender/ Mixologist/ Barista**

We’re on the lookout experienced bartenders with barista experience to join our restaurants within the Royal Opera House in the iconic Covent Garden.

**The Royal Opera House**:
Our restaurants are beautiful, busy places, soaked in culture from Opera and Ballet that has been performed here since 1732. You’ll be joining a super big-hearted, very talented team who will be on hand to support you from your first day.

**Who we’re looking for**:
You have been working as a bartender in a busy environment for the past few years. You're first-class in everything you do and want to find an environment that's as obsessive about quality as you are.

You have an eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands.

You're a great worker who really cares about your people. Your big-hearted approach will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus.

You have a genuine commitment to making people happy - guest and team alike to ensure you have one of the happiest teams in the business and guests that turn into regulars and regulars into friends.
