**Group Billings Executive - Waterloo**
As a Group and Billings Executive you will be reconciling and issuing group invoices within 5 days of each group departure. Key emphasis should be placed on ensuring accurate invoices are sent to the clients and all queries are addressed/responded to in a timely fashion in line with SLAs.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Print a list of all group departures for the previous day for all UK hotels.
- Check Opera charges against backups and reconcile with the support of Groups Admin & Front Office teams.
- Issue the final invoice to clients within 5 working days from the group departure date.
- Ensure all the required backups have been provided by the Groups Admin/Front Office teams.
- Communicate any outstanding payment balance with the Groups Admin team so this can be chased without any delay.
- Prepare and issue air crew invoices in the required invoice format.
- Highlight any reoccurring issues/booking errors to Groups Billing Team Leader so this can be addressed with the Groups Admin/ Front Office teams.
- Prioritising and managing time effectively.
- Complies with all systems, procedures and Groups best practice as laid down by the Groups Admin Manager and company policy.
- Ensure PPHE standards are being implemented in accordance with the departmental SOPs.
- Handles personal information confidentially and shows ethical and social responsibilities.
- Ensure that all activities are in compliance with national laws and regulations, management decisions.
