The Niche Partnership are in search of a Credit Control Manager to join a fast-evolving private equity-backed business on the outskirts of Southampton. This position offers hybrid working (2-3 days remote), flexible work hours and a fantastic benefits packageThe successful Credit Control Manager will be responsible for the management of the credit function/ team as well as providing insightful weekly reports.
**Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for**:

- Managing the current Credit Control team
- Collecting outstanding monies
- Prepare debtor reports for a weekly review
- Maintenance and analysis of the sales ledger
- Challenge the existing recovery processes
- Weekly reporting
- Document and improve processes

**What you will need**:

- Previous experience in - Credit Manager / Credit Control Manager / Collections Manager / Credit Control Supervisor / Collections Supervisor / Credit Control Team Leader / Credit Controller / Accounts Receivable Clerk / Sales Ledger Clerk / Debt CollectionAgent / Recoveries Clerk / Collections / Collector /
- Excellent accuracy and an eye for detail
- A willingness to learn and progress
