CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a local services business based in Southampton, to support them with the appointment of a Senior Revenue Controller/Credit Control Manager.
You will be involved in all aspects of the businesses time-to-cash cycle. This will include responsibility for ensuring that the business achieve their billing and collections targetsand minimising bad debt charges.
**Some of the responsibilities of the Credit Control Manager will include**:

- Provide regular progress reporting against billing targets;
- Regular reviews of WIP with senior managers and fee earners to ensure maximum billings;
- Agree and set monthly collection targets, with responsibility for managing this process throughout;
- Identify and follow up on matters with WIP balances;
- Monitor VAT bad debt relief deadlines to ensure that claims are made within required timescales;
- Ad-hoc duties in line with new system implementation.
- Previous experience in areas of revenue or credit control are essential;
- You must have strong Excel skills and experience of using Elite 3E would be an advantage;
- Experience of using external credit agency information systems (not essential);
- Must be available at short notice.
