PMO Lead

The Role:
A PMO Lead/ Lead Analyst is required to support a major insourcing programme from IT supplier(s) to Canopius to extract and document the information required to enable a successful handover.

Responsibilities will include:

- Document current ‘as is’ processes, pain points and operational issues
- Determine and challenge areas within existing processes for improvements and efficiencies
- Review and prepare a checklist of processes, procedures, SLAs and any methods and materials used by the supplier
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements, controls, interfaces and quality criteria are documented and agreed for processes and procedures
- Work with hiring managers and SMEs to prepare the onboarding manuals for knowledge transfer to Canopius staff
- Collate and validate the handover materials for roles or functions being insourced
- Build a handbook for induction of new joiners to Canopius to enable them to perform their functions

Essential Skills and Exeprience:

- Have extensive previous experience in IT-related insourcing and outsourcing projects covering people, process and technology
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - knowledge of process mapping and efficiencies is key to this role
- Proficient in MS Office tools, Teams and process mapping software such as Visio
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders within a client-supplier/ third-party environment
- Ability to work independently and to contribute to project effectiveness in key areas
