**Working pattern -**37.5 hours per week

**Salary -Grade 4 -**£32,992.00 to increase to **£37,454.00 from April 2023** plus two-yearly increments

**Location -**Hybrid working - a combination of Together Trust Central Office, Cheadle, Stockport, visits to Trust services and some home working.

We have a unique, new and exciting opportunity for an **Environmental and Sustainability Manager**who is able to work independently and with colleagues to help develop an environmental strategy and plan for the Trust to make a positive environmentalcontribution and reduce the impact of our activities.

The post holder will report directly to the Director of Resources and will liaise internally with staff at all levels within the organisation and externally with contractors and service providers.

Key responsibilities are to develop and implement an energy and environmental strategy and action plan for the Trust to reduce waste and improve energy, water and transport efficiency within the Trust.The post holder will set organisational sustainabilitytargets, developing plans to meet those targets and oversee their delivery.You will also lead the review and implementation of environmental policies and practices and promote and coordinate the integration of environmental management and sustainability issuesinto policies, rules, services and operations.

Do you have good interpersonal skills, are reliable and flexible, well organised and self-motivated, with a positive approach and be able to show initiative?A high level of numerical skills including computer literacy is also an essential to this role.
