**The Role**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in researching, analysing, and creating accurate and comprehensive Property Report and Enquiries content for our clients. Your expertise in property data, strong analytical skills, and excellent written communication will contribute to the success and growth of our Property Report.

**Responsibilities **(key tasks and requirements of the role)**
- Create well-written, informative, and engaging property report content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to industry guidelines.
- Perform quality checks on generated reports to ensure consistency, correctness, and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated with relevant property laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date information is included in our reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Analysts, Developers, Clients, and Customer Support, to enhance report quality and resolve any technical or data-related issues.
- Provide support to clients by addressing queries related to Property Report content and offering guidance on interpreting the information.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements to streamline report generation and content creation workflows.
- Utilise the above for Enquiries content and logic.

**Competencies**

**Education** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as real estate, property law, geography, or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.

**Experience -** Prior experience in property research, report writing, data analysis, or a similar role is highly desirable.

**Property Knowledge - **Strong understanding of property-related concepts, including land registration, property ownership, title deeds, and property valuation methods.

**Strong Analytical Skills** - Ability to analyse complex data sets, identify patterns, and draw accurate conclusions to produce high-quality property reports.

**Attention to Detail** - Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of property reports, enquiries and data verification.

**Communication Skills -** Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey property information clearly and concisely to clients.

**Time Management
- **Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Adaptability - **Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
