**Senior Evidence and Evaluation Fellow**

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Evidence and Evaluation Fellow to join the Research and Evidence Team at NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your expertise to support teams to mobilise knowledge from research and other evidence sources to actively inform decision making. You will also provide evaluation advice and support to teams.

You will be working closely with the Knowledge and Library Service and the System Analytics and Intelligence Unit.

This is an opportunity for you to have impact in the local healthcare system by supporting strategic planning, transformation programmes and pathway redesign to improve outcomes in population health and healthcare and tackle inequalities in outcomes, experience and access.

We are seeking applicants with expert knowledge and understanding of key evidence sources, expert critical appraisal and evidence synthesis skills and a comprehensive understanding of evaluation methodology. We are looking for an effective communicator with current or recent experience of working with or in health and care systems.

Flexible working arrangements are available including hybrid working, full or part time hours and on a secondment basis.
