We are looking for an Internal Communications Assistant to join our expert team, focusing on building relationships with stakeholders and developing new digital communication strategies to support the SSCL Marketing and Communications team.

This is an exciting time to join SSCL as we continue this journey, along with our 10th anniversary celebrations coming later this year. **What you'll be doing**:

- ** **You will help write, edit, facilitate and produce dialogue for digital content for SSCL’s internal colleague intranet and office digital screens.
- You’ll also be helping monitor and evaluate our internal digital communications by producing and delivering company messages, whilst assisting with tasks to support the wider Marketing and Communications team.
- You will be supporting the broader Marketing and Communications team spanning internal online and digital marketing as well as working with colleagues to support the delivery of colleague communications and engagement.
- Assist in developing digital channels, researching, designing, writing, and editing content for our colleague intranet and digital screens.
- Seeking new and innovative ways to facilitate colleague engagement and collaboration.
- Drafting and posting digital content according to the company’s engagement strategy.
- Supporting with day-to-day content creation and ensuring our intranet runs smoothly.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak with internal stakeholders of all levels.
- Ability to quickly forge relationships with trust and build confidence.
- Internal comms /communications experience.
- Creating and publishing digital content for internal audiences.
- Comfortable with planning and project management.
- Strong organisation and administration skills.
- Creative communicator.
- Ability to deliver new ideas.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement.

**It would be great if you had**:

- ** **A digitally led background, with experience in working on digital communications.
- Video content/digital editing.
- Experience of using Canva and Poppulo.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, digital screens and internal comms platforms.
- Proven analytical skills.
