This leading financial services company are looking to add a Client Administrator to join their growing pensions advisory team, in Cheltenham or Bristol. You will support the business on a wide range of Operational Projects as well as provide a wide range of administrative and project tasks such as compliance, anti-money laundering and drafting purchase orders amongst other tasks, for clients across the UK.

**What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Client Administrator role**
- Draft engagement documentation for new clients
- Assist the Line Manager on a range of key operational projects;
- Ensure client anti-money laundering information is up to date;
- Preparing invoices and drafting Purchase Orders for clients

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- The Client Administrator will have previous experience in office administration / customer service / secretarial role
- You will be highly communicative, organised and conscientious ensuring work is of a high standard
- Good education including GCSE Maths and English and an ability to work with IT systems (MS Office)
- Previous financial experience a plus but not essential and an opportunity to gain financial qualifications will be on offer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
