We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Administrator to join our award winning and progressive accountancy practice based in Kingswood, Bristol.
As Client Service Administrator, you will speaking to clients both on the phone and face to face in the office. You will help keep track of the accounts work coming in and going out, maintain records and contribute to the improvement of business processes.
This key role provides administrative support to the directors and managers as well as assisting the Support Team with client service requirements. The role is varied and will include administrative duties such as reception and support for specific projects.
Ideally we are looking for someone to work full-time in our office, or part-time as a job-share, with good, all round administrative skills gained in a customer facing role. You will have a great team ethic, flexible approach and passion for delivering outstanding client service. An excellent telephone manner, strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel along with an eye for detail are essential. Experience in a professional services environment and knowledge of Xero would be an advantage.
