Client Service Administrator (12 month FTC)

Bristol

£25K P.A

Our client, an independent leading provider of audit, accountancy, tax, and advisory services, has an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Administrator to join their team

· Ensure consistency of service to the firms team and clients

· Administering the client take on and maintenance procedures, ensuring relevant forms are completed, letters are issued, and systems are kept up to date, including anti money laundering checks

· Liaising with client delivery team to ensure all work is properly scheduled and delivered on time

· Administering the client disengagement procedures, ensuring relevant forms are completed, letters are issued, and systems are kept up to date

Key skills/ experience:

· Experience of working in a similar Administration role

· Strong administration skills are a necessity

· Advanced IT skills with a good working knowledge of MS office

· Strong organisation and communication skills (both verbal and written)

· Self-motivated and ability to prioritise and progress own workload

· High level of regard for confidentiality

· Good understanding of data protection requirements

· Professional services experience is desirable
