St Martins Lane have an exciting job opportunity to join its Events operations team as a **Events Supervisor**. Under the guidance of the Meeting & Events Operations Manager, you will be ensuring the preparation, set-up, running and clear up of all events at St Martins Lane whilst maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction through consistent high standards.

Key duties:

- Ensuring the smooth running of events by maintaining an open channel of communication with the main organisers and key clients as well as the Events operations team to ensure everybody is on the same page.
- To meet with main organizer and key clients, to walk through their BEO, to liaise with them concerning any final details, changes and updates.
- Follow-up with clients during and by the end of the function to ensure that all aspects of events have met with their satisfaction.
- Liaise with all departments within the hotel in regards to events operations whether it be current of future events.
- Creating and maintaining a personal and respectful rapport with regular clients.
- To carry out department induction and training of all event operations staff when required.

A bit about you:

- Previous experience in the running of events in a 4/5 star property or high profile events.
- Possess a gracious friendly and fun demeanour.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Display a consistently positive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic work manner

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
