**We are seeking a Change Delivery Coordinator to join the Operations Change Delivery Team. This role is pivotal in allowing Operations Teams to be part of the ongoing change that our organisation is going through, while also enabling Production Teams to continue to deliver results to the high standards that our customers are used to.**

**The Role**

Working with Change Delivery Management, the Change Delivery Coordinators will be responsible for the successful and continuous delivery of change and key projects to Operations. As the Change Delivery Team continues to grow and evolve within the operational landscape, you will have opportunities to influence and shape the future of the role and team.
- Feed into and assist in delivering new processes to ensure change is delivered into Operations whilst enabling the Production teams to deliver ‘business as usual'.
- Become an interface between Project Management and Operations to understand interconnectedness, overlaps, and synergies in processes and systems.
- Work with operational teams and wide-ranging stakeholders to develop a good working understanding of current and future operational requirements and capabilities.
- Develop a good understanding of new platforms, systems and processes and assist in their integration with operational teams by delivering training plans and materials required for new initiatives and/or capabilities to be brought into live operation effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate how successful changes are received/adopted and the benefits realised, adapting approaches where required to maximise impact and delivery of desired benefits.

**About you**

We are looking for someone who is willing to see the big picture and someone that is comfortable with detail. You will need to get buy-in from different stakeholders and audiences so strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills are key as well as:

- Proven experience of working with change management and change delivery methodologies.
- Ability to manage workload continuously and effectively in an increasingly high-stakes and high-pressured environment.
- Ability to challenge and shape business change from a strategic and operational perspective.
- Experience of working with cross-functional teams in a complex structure.
- Knowledge of existing internal operating constraints due to legacy system constraints is desirable.
- An awareness of the key features and challenges within the international education system that will influence product/service design is desirable.
