**Your role as maintenance manager**:
**Managing a team (occasionally hands on)
- Forward thinking and proactive full time
- Team & task focused
- Monday - Friday (working as additionally as required)
- Implementing systems and procedure planning, system evaluating, improvement analysing
**You will need to be**:
**E**xperienced maintenance manager
- Electrically qualified or time served
- Have a proven track record in managing teams
- Demonstrate where you implemented systems and procedures
- Commutable to Swansea
