We are now looking for a Retail Customer Assistant to join us on a part-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Retail Customer Assistant, you will ensure the smooth running of our retail outlet in Cornhill Hospital and provide exceptional customer service.

Complying with our regulations and procedures, you will undertake cash reconciliation, receive deliveries, and distribute, rotate and maintain our stock.

Additionally, you will assist in the co-ordination of volunteers and provide cover for the Senior Service Assistant during periods of absence.

Working Hours

This is a part-time role working 10 hours per week over the weekend, five hours on Saturdays and five hours on Sundays.

What you’ll need

To be considered as a Retail Customer Assistant, you will need:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- The willingness to undertake training and professional development
