If you are a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail, highly customer focussed and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels within a business then we want to hear from you.
Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their friendly team in Huntingdon.
This role is to support the activities of the Customer Service team by delivering first class service in all sales administrative matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Arranging demonstrators vehicles for customers.
- Order processing.
- Document management, including chasing lease documentation and following up aftersales administration.
- General administration as specified.
- Ensuring the timely and efficient management of customer enquiries and orders.
- Timely and accurate reporting.
- Maintaining professional working relationships with both customers and staff.
- Have experience of working in a busy office environment.
- Have strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Be highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Have excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Be highly customer focussed.
