**Title: Sales Administrator Apprentice**

**Reporting to: Agile Service Team Supervisor**

**Role summary**

Reporting to the Agile Service Team Supervisor and working within the three-strong Agile Service Team (AST), you will be responsible for helping the organisation put the customer first by providing high quality sales support and diligent administration. From the initial customer enquiry stage through to processing orders and logging post-sales support cases, you will be developed to provide a world-class level of customer service throughout the process. This role is offered alongside a Customer Service apprenticeship.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Achieving all personal and team targets.
- Logging in the CRM system and routing to the correct member of the team
- Being the first port of call for customers and suppliers when contacting the organisation, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Creating and issuing quotations for standard catalogue parts.
- Working with the sales team in determining customer requirements.
- Performing custom pricing calculations.
- Processing customer Purchase Orders.
- Checking data accuracy, flagging issues.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system.
- Communicating with all stakeholders.
- Suppliers, customers and internal.
- Receiving and logging customer support cases (post sales)
- Logging cases in the CRM system
- Working with the technical team and suppliers to establish a plan of action and ultimately propose a resolution.
- As required:

- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, to help them maximise customer meeting activity.
- Becoming cross-skilled with the ability to flex into the shipping team if needed.
- All other reasonable management requests.

**Person Specification: Essential**

**Education**

GCSE level 4 or above (English, Maths)

**Experience**

Experience with Microsoft Office products

**Knowledge & Skills**

Accuracy with a strong attention to detail.

Good communication skills; listening, spoken, and written. Not afraid to ask questions to establish clarity.

Good time management and work task prioritisation skills.

Ability to work as part of a close-knit team as well as on your own initiative to deliver results and solve problems.

Polite and confident telephone manner.

Adherence with company and HSE protocols at all times.

Previous experience in a sales admin environment.

Understands different personality styles and how to adapt style of communication to achieve effective rapport building, collaboration and buy-in on work tasks & processes.

Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements.

**Schedule**:

**Salary**: £21,500.00 per year
