Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Assist with HRIS data entry and maintenance
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job adverts and scheduling interviews
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist in organising training sessions and company events
- Manage social media platforms for HR-related content
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in using HR systems like Taleo, Workday, and Salesforce
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Prior experience in social media management is desirable
