**Role Overview**:
As a part-time **Customer Satisfaction Advisor**, you will play a pivotal role in our feedback team. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to customers post-service to gather feedback on their workshop experience. You’ll document responses accurately and provide valuable insights to our Service Managers across our 8 dealerships. This role requires working 16 hours per week, with flexible working days based on business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to collect customer feedback after their workshop visits.
- Accurately record and document customer responses in our company database.
- Provide valuable feedback to Service Managers across all 8 of our dealerships.
- Ensure all relevant customer information is captured and maintained accurately.
- Participate in feedback processes, complete and return personnel documentation on time, and embrace personal training and development opportunities.
- Support team members in achieving their objectives and carry out additional duties as required.

- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, active listening, and a positive attitude.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving targets.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong administration skills.
