**I am recruiting for a CONTENT SPECIALIST who has familiarity with the working and terms used in digital financial services / fintech on behalf of my client based in Cambridge.**_

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week. Hybrid working

Fixed Term for nine month initially
The salary will be in the range £ 32,348-36,386 per annum.

**Main responsibilities**
The role holder will:

- Liaise with internal teams to develop communications plans
- Project manage the launch of the research reports including publication on relevant websites, creation of media materials, setting up and running in-person or virtual events
- Draft press releases, blog content, social media posts, event invitations, case studies and other material as directed
- Ensure website content related to the organisation is reflective of the latest initiatives and impact
- Manage media lists and media interaction logs
- Monitor media coverage, produce and circulate reports
- Work with hub leads to identify thought leadership positioning and to funnel ideas to the copy editor for development
- Create content for and manage the eNews schedule
- Work with hub leads to update and manage the CRM tool

**Essential**:
**Experience -**:

- Experience of writing clear, error free, and compelling copy for various mediums (e.g. press releases, ads, blog posts, newsletters)
- Experience of planning programmes of work and creating clear evidence of impact
- Experience of running events online and in-person (e.g. Zoom webinars, LinkedIn Live) to ensure clear delivery of key messages
- Excellent attention to detail, well organised, and with strong inter-personal skills
- Flexible attitude and ability to work to tight deadlines
**Skills -**:

- Excellent written communication skills, able to convey complex concepts in clear and precise business English, being a native or fluent English speaker
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Able to construct an impactful and logical storyline for written materials
- Strong organisational, time management, and analytical skills
- Good verbal communication skills, being able to clearly express and present concepts, ideas, and facts verbally in an engaging and structured way
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g. Wrike, Asana, or similar)
- Track record in writing and placing blogs or contributed articles with key media
- Familiarity with the working and terms used in digital financial services / fintech
- Ability to demonstrate a collaborative attitude to work and to negotiate beneficial project outcomes
