Communications Specialist FTC, Cambridge
- Working within the Employee Communications team to support and deliver employee communications for change and transformation programmes._
- This role ensures the success, development and delivery of employee communications required by several of our change and transformation programmes. Specifically, this will include working with project/programme stakeholders and the Senior Strategic Communications managers to develop content for communications, drafting of communications, recommending most effective channel/platform to be used. Further to developing the content itself, the individual will be responsible for the timely delivery according to the project/programme schedule, quality management of communications, and supporting with key engagement activities._

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Senior Strategic Communications Managers on project/programme messaging, content, channels and platforms.
- Collaborate with Change Lead (where applicable) on deliverables and schedule.
- Effective task and stakeholder management, working across multiple timezones.
- Provide advice/insight into the best approach to deliver content, honed to channel, platform, and audience
- Ensure all content is of the highest standard, rigorously checked and approved by key stakeholders
- Using measurement tools and analytics to provide feedback to Senior Communications Manager and stakeholders on effectiveness of communications and engagement.

Skills & Qualifications
- Good awareness on system user experience, accessibility and Tone of Voice use and guidance.
- Good awareness of performance data analysis systems inhouse/external (e.g., intranet, Google Analytics) desirable.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced corporate organisation.
- Experience of using a variety of platforms to successfully deliver content. Campaign content delivery desirable.
- Knowledge of other languages desirable
