Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrator to join a well-established Global Business located in East Bristol. For the right person, the client is offering a very competitive:
**£23,000 plus excellent benefits**
**Role responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
- Resolve any issues within a timely manner
- Escalation of more complex problems to the reconciliation team
- Responsible for monitoring the Accounts Payable mailbox
- Scan and upload business invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Respond to account queries, resolving issues and escalating those of a more complex nature, ensuring all queries are responded to within certain time limits
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
**Person specification**:
- Experience of working within a finance department is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisation and prioritisation
- Good IT skills
