Administrator - Portbury

Abatec are looking for an Administrator for our client based in **Portbury Docks.**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Maintain our internal parts database ensuring details are updated regularly
- Keeping track of assets/critical spares and location.
- Liaising with the management team to ensure requirements are met.
- Assist our team with admin and data entry duties
- Adopt a professional yet friendly approach to build a strong rapport with accounts
- Raising Purchase Orders as required by the business
**You will need**:
- Excellent MS Office skills - Word, Excel,
- Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills with the ability to support the delivery of multiple commitments.
- Ability to think and work dynamically managing a variety of tasks and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving experience to understand and resolve any issues encountered
- Previous experience within parts supply, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle would be advantageous
**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
