**Job Description: Housekeeping Assistant**

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team.

The successful applicant will be required to attend various locations both domestic and commercial to carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks. Access to own car is essential with mileage paid, full training workplace pension and uniform is provided. You will have access to employee benefits and rewards website, a great opportunity to add something extra The rate of pay is £11 per hour.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain all areas according to set high standards with attention to detail
- Dust and polish all furniture and fixtures
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Change bedding
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Ensure properties are left in a clean respectable standard for owners, staff or guests
- Attend training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
- Attend various locations to carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Assistant desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines
- Flexibility to work in various locations
- Access to own car with a valid driving license
