The child protection team at Kingston Hospital Foundation Trust are seeking to appoint an experienced and organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills to work as part of this small and friendly team, as the admin co-ordinator. This is a band 4, full time position and the post holder will provide administrative support to the child protection team to ensure that resources and information are readily available to enable the service to operate smoothly.

The post holder will play a key role within the team, coordinating the Paediatric Departments response to acute child protection referrals as well as non-acute child protection activities along with ensuring effective lines of communication are in place. The post holder will act as the first point of contact for many child protection telephone enquiries.
