We are seeking a proficient and very well organised administrator. We are a prestige classic car restoration company, located in Lambley, Nottinghamshire. Duties will include but not limited to:
Buying and ordering car parts and consumables daily and reporting, arranging for parcels to be dispatched daily. Interest and knowledge of car parts would be a distinct advantage;
Minimal bookkeeping knowledge is required, VAT reporting and financial reporting required, financial studies would represent an advantage;
Microsoft Excel + Word proficiency is mandatory and will be tested, ability to populate and keep spreadsheets up to date with purchasing or financial information.
Ability to speed type and accuracy based on dictation is required. Ability to develop a text based on bullet points required.
Position will be full time, 8-4pm.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
