**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Help with meal preparation by following recipes and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Assist in stocking and rotating inventory to ensure freshness
- Follow proper food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safe handling of food
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is a plus

**Salary**: £11.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
