Aspect Contracts Limited are currently seeking an experienced administrator to maintain and co-ordinate an established Integrated Management System, working as part of a team based in Essex.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provision of optimum service delivery to and on behalf of an asbestos abatement company, in all matters relating to health, safety, environment and quality management.

Timely and effective, implementation and monitoring of all company policies, procedures and processes; including policy writing and development.

Managing, review and maintaining existing ISO accreditations (9001, 14001, 27001 & 45001),including transitions of ISO’s.

Hosting and co-ordinating client lead external audits, with leading insurance companies.

Initiating and conducting internal audits on quality, health, safety and environmental processes to ensure practices are meeting company standards and legislation.

Reviewing and updating the legal register, PEST document and risk assessments, as necessary.

Planning and assisting implementation of the company’s targets and objectives.

Leading and acting as minute-taker at the annual comprehensive ‘Management Review’ meeting, as well as having an active role in a monthly ‘Health and Safety’ meeting.

Managing customer complaints and positive feedback.

Supporting the Compliance Manager with accident/incident/near miss reporting and resolution, scheduling of training and booking medicals.

Production of accurate statistical information for Board Level reporting.

Development, maintenance and analysis of data spreadsheets for environmental monitoring and reporting.

Driving forward all aspects of CSR within the company.

Managing non-conformities to ensure suitable remedial actions restore client satisfaction, and reinstate the high standards the company strives for; this includes following up with trend and root cause analysis reporting, to enable implementation of effective improvement procedures.

Maintaining the company’s IMS manual and controlled document folder.

Managing the approved supplier process.

Managing accurate dissemination of current company information.

Offering training, support and guidance to other staff and branches on the IMS/SHEQ.

Successful use of in-house computer systems and IAuditor/Safety Culture.

Continually monitoring for potential to improve the company’s performance in all areas / Effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders; inc. promotion of feedback.
