Eden Brown are looking for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to start ASAP at Stapleford Care Centre, Nottingham.

The hours availiable are 30 or 37.5 a week to start ASAP. The duration of the contract is 3 months with review to extend.

18 months post qualificaton experience required and to be a car driver.

The post holder will provide a high quality, effective physiotherapy service by carrying out assessments, planning treatment, goal setting and timely reviews of clients in conjunction with other members of the MDT, clients, their carers, family members anda range of agencies including GPs, Acute hospitals, CHP colleagues, other colleagues in the health and social care community.

The post holder will work in partnership with other members of the integrated teams to ensure effective, timely intervention to clients within Nottingham West. This will involve 7 day working to include weekends and Bank Holidays

To provide physiotherapy to a wide range of clients with complex health and social care needs.

To respect and maintain confidentiality and have the ability to use own initiative, work with minimum supervision to deadlines and maintain a flexible approach.
