Jo Holdsworth recruitment are currently recruiting a part time Front of House Receptionist on behalf of a new established Service Provider, based in the Centre of Leeds. Our Client are looking for an experienced customer service/ front desk operator to jointheir rapidly growing team. This is an exciting and varied role that covers all aspects of running the location and providing an high level of Customer Service.

**Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;**
- Managing the front desk, delivering a positive member experience to all members and guests.
- Managing the front desk inbox, responding to all incoming queries regarding your location.
- Being the go to person in your location for all front desk and meeting room queries, resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the move in and move out process for all new members.
- Conducting coworking and day pass tours, following the complete sales process when needed.
- Updating and completing sales CRM as required.
- Working closely with the Community Managers, assisting in the deliverance of community events.
- Creating and delivering weekly member newsletters.
- Working alongside the Community Manager to source new member perks and incentives
- Working collaboratively with marketing when required.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with operation & maintenance teams to ensure that processes are running smoothly.
- Reporting any facilities or operational issues to the relevant department.
- Carrying out regular building walks to ensure operating standards are maintained.

**Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required**:

- Experience working within a customer-facing environment.
- Previous sales or retail sales experience.
- Great organisational skills.
- Highly motivated individual

**Hours: Part time - 20-24 hours - Tuesday-Thursday**
