Front of House Receptionist

We are excited to be supporting our client with the recruitment for a receptionist role on a permanent basis. The role is working in modern and friendly offices and based at Thorpe Park Business Park.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reception cover
- Meeting and greeting in reception offering a friendly welcome
- Setting up meeting rooms for visitors
- Support with answering any queries, including management of meeting rooms bookings
- Assist with any reported issues efficiently and help with a resolution
- Complete building checks and walk rounds throughout the day to ensure the building standards are kept consistently high and everything is clean and tidy
- Provide excellent customer service skills at all times
- Attend morning meetings with your team to discuss a plan for the day
- Answering calls and transferring through to the relevant department
- Reordering stock as and when needed
- Complete opening up and closing down checklists, ensuring each building is show ready at
all times
- Previous reception/front of house experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Have a positive 'can do' attitude with a willingness to learn
- Work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
**Hours**:Full time, Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm
**Salary: £25k + **Flexible depending on experience
**Location**: LS15
