Kind Consultancy is working with a Financial Services regulatory organisation which is currently seeking a Resolution Manager to join them in a permanent, full-time role paying in the region of £79,000 - £88,000. This role has a flexible working model requiring40% of each month to be based in-office in London.
The Resolution Manager will report to the Head of Resolution and manage the Resolution Team Managers, with key responsibilities including:

- Setting and reviewing performance standards in line with governance frameworks and scheme outcomes
- Ensuring risk, critical models and controls are managed effectively across all products, that control testing is effective and that remediation actions are implemented to agreed deadlines
- Effectively leading the Resolution Team Managers, including performance management (121’s, Annual Performance Reviews), development of direct reports and ensuring effective operating rhythm across the Resolution teams
- Owning and delivering Continuous Improvement and acting as Business Lead for transformation and change
- Owning and leading on the Resolution Board, ensuring the delivery of the strategy and ensuring processes are operationalised
- Developing medium-term strategy for Resolution ensuring it aligns with scheme outcomes
- Effectively managing senior stakeholders ensuring the Resolution business area is visible and understood
- Owning and managing the capacity plan and budgets for Resolution ensuring it is adaptable to respond to future requirements
- Has extensive experience of managing multiple operational teams in the Financial Services industry
- Has experience in Issue and Risk management, Process management, User Experience and Stakeholder Relationship management
- Has demonstrable technical expertise in Complex Claims Management, Data and Insight Analysis and Insolvency
