As HR Coordinator you’ll be joining a friendly and dynamic team and your role will be crucial in supporting all aspects of HR services, with key areas of responsibility being the coordination of both onboarding and offboarding processes.

**Responsibilities**:
**Employee Relations**: From delivering the Grayce’s induction for new starters to drafting HR communications and supporting in the employee timesheet process.
**HR Systems**: Playing an integral part in keeping our HR and payroll system in sync and up to date by coordinating the refresh and distribution of payroll dashboards, responding the employee change requests and processing all annual leave data.
**Projects, Reporting and Analysis**: Supporting the HR team with project and reporting cycles focusing on engagement, performance, payroll, benefits and general employment metrics. Coordinating the HR first of the month reports and communicating with the key stakeholders to ensure effective decision making.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- HR Qualification: A CIPD Level 3 qualification or a HR apprenticeship qualification.
- Microsoft Suite and Excel Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Relationship Building: You excel at establishing and maintaining strong working relationships, both within the company and with external partners.
- Task Prioritisation: You have a knack for prioritising tasks effectively, even when faced with tight and conflicting deadlines.
- Organisational Proficiency: Your organisational skills are top-notch. You maintain order and structure whilst streamlining operations and enhancing overall efficiency.
- Communication skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills and are able to think on feet to solve problems.

Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary up to £25,000 based upon previous relevant experience
- Generous annual leave starting at 25 days, increasing with service and capped at 30 days.
