We are a small business, requiring additional help in the office.

Responsibilities would include:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate up to date records, both electronic and paper based
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
- Order office supplies and order when required
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage 50 Accounts
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and brilliant communication skills
- Proficient typing skills and ability to use office equipment such as printers and scanners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience with Sage 50 Accounts and Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
- Confident and efficient in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computerized systems
- Full driving license essential due to location
