Care Support Worker

**LOCATION AND WORKING HOURS**
Our reablement team operates throughout Dorset and we have positions available serving clients in and around Shaftesbury. The role involves travel and so you must be a car driver and have access to a vehicle. Mileage is paid.
This is a full time position that will involve a shift pattern including some evening and weekend working.
**About Reablement**
The role is a unique blend of personal care and reablement work. You will work with individuals in their home to enable them to regain their independence and achieve their goals through independent living. You will need to be adaptable, flexible, resourceful, empathic, patient and able to to think on their feet. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with a number of different health professionals.
Whilst previous experience of working in a health or care setting would be beneficial we will give you full training to meet the care needs of people we care for, which can range from motivational support to personal care.
