Job Title: Education Support Worker
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Education Support Worker. In this role, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support due to social, emotional, and mental health difficulties, as well as neurodiverse conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized support to pupils with complex needs
- Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
- Supporting pupils in developing their learning skills
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with additional needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £22,169-£24,005 per annum
- An Enhanced Pension Scheme (10% employer's contribution)
- Use of the gym and pool
