We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at a small nursing home. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of the home, ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained for our residents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of nurses and care staff
- Ensure that care plans are up to date and reviewed regularly
- Assess residents' needs and develop care plans
- Ensure that medication is administered safely and in accordance with policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of care given

Qualifications:

- Valid nursing qualification (e.g. RGN, RMN, RNLD)
- Previous experience working as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager in a nursing home
- Knowledge of current legislation and regulations in relation to care homes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
