An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time housekeeper on Paediatric Oncoloogy and Rheumatology day care, working 25.5 hours per week.

We are 10 bedded day case area who treat children from 0-18 years with oncology, immunology and Rheumatology diagnosis's.

We deliver care Monday to Friday 8-8 and 8-4 on a Saturday, delivering a wide range of day case treatments and procedures.

You will need excellent communication and organisational skills including basic IT knowledge. You should be able to work independently and as part of team.

Maintaining a clean and tidy environment (storerooms, clinical rooms, sluice, staff room and all patient areas. To keep the clinic room/sluice stocked with equipment / materials. To assist with the stores. To collect from pharmacy and other departments when required.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Previous experience of working in a ward environment and dealing with customers, patients and clients within the healthcare setting are desirable.

Maintaining a clean and tidy environment (storerooms, clinical rooms, sluice, staff room and all patient areas. To keep the clinic room/sluice stocked with equipment / materials. To assist with the stores. To collect from pharmacy and other departments when required.

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
