A prestigious, globally ranked law firm is looking for a **Marketing & Business Development Adviser** to join them at their Birmingham office. This role sits within the firm's Manufacturing, Energy, and Industrial sector group, offering an excitingrange of responsibilities within their well-established M&BD team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a seasoned marketing or business development professional to join a world-renowned firm and develop their skillset further.

The role's responsibilities include:

- Pitches and pursuits - producing strategic pitches for the sector, ensuring pitch materials are consistently compliant, and identifying new ways to improve final pitch products
- Profile raising and marketing campaigns - assisting on coordinating client-facing materials, marketing communications programmes, social media activity, and directory and award submissions
- Internal communications - maintaining team resources through the global internet, producing internal newsletters and mailing lists
- Contributing to wider M&BD projects and tasks as required
- Strong experience working in a marketing & business development role in a legal or similar professional services firm
- Experience in pitching and managing the pitch process
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient project management skills and the ability to collaborate with others
