**About the Role**:
**Job Type: Fixed term contract**
**Contract length: 12 months**
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the service department's overall function by efficiently and professionally processing customer requests. Your responsibilities will include handling customer enquiries, scheduling engineers' workload, processing invoices, managing customer accounts, and more.
**What You Will Do**:
- Raise invoices for customers/chase outstanding payments.
- Schedule engineers’ workload.
- Process parts requests from engineers.
- Manage customer accounts - build relationships/rapport with these customers.
- Manage your workload efficiently.
- Proactively address and resolve outstanding customer enquiries.
- Liaise with Service Engineers and customers to process staff vetting requirements.
- Update customer portalswith relevant information/documentation
**Who we are looking for**
Essential:
- Proactive and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Adequate PC skills (training on our in-house computer system will be provided).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
- Resilience and persistence to handle pressure professionally.
- Ability to take initiative and see tasks through to completion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate all necessary requests from the business.
- Excellent planning and organising skills to meet deadlines and targets.
Desirable
- Previous experience working in a busy service department.
