**Mortgage Administrator - Wirral - Up to £27,000 DOE**

Due to continued success, a leading independent Estate Agency with multiple branches across Merseyside, are looking for a superb Mortgage Administrator to work as part of an established and friendly team.

The firm are no ordinary estate agents, and as a business are constantly evolving, proved by recently opening an 8th branch and are investing not only in technology but also their people

**What you will be doing**
- General Mortgage Administration
- Liaising with the Lenders and Insurance Providers on a regular basis
- Inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Checking and chasing documents where relevant
- Supporting the brokers

**What you will have**
- Previous experience working as a Mortgage Administrator
- In depth knowledge of mortgage policies
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
- Strong communication and time management skills

**What you will receive**
- £25,000 to £27,000 annual salary DOE
- Bonus Scheme
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
