As the Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator you are responsible for supporting the Head of Commercial with all partnership events, contracts and selling of commercial products. You will also be responsible for leveraging FGR’s marketing channels and optimising the clubs fan engagement.

**Main Objectives**:

- Oversee and manage the website and social media functions of Forest Green Rovers
- Provide assistance to the Head of Commercial by supporting the compilation of proposals, reports and presentations for prospective and existing Partners
- Host partners attending on matchday and ensure their experience is the best it can be
- Assist partners to leverage their support of FGR
- Produce video content for partners and for FGR marketing channels
- To achieve monthly targets as set by Head of Commercial
- Establish and manage a fans & partnerships database in line with GDPR compliance
- To always maintain professional customer liaison in respect of the initial contact and subsequent follow-up calls for all sponsorship sales
- Support the organisation of partner events including match invites and tournaments
- Managing day to day financial process including debt chasing and raising invoices
- Set up of new and existing events
- Manage the internal event booking system and collaborate with other FGR teams as necessary
- Attend match days, supporting the Media & Content team with coverage of match day activities
- Enter FGR into awards that leverage and promote our sustainability initiatives
- Work collaboratively with all departments across FGR

- Possess strong time management skills and have a flexible work ethic in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably some experience in account management and/or sales
- Experience with social media and video content
- Excellent IT skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
- Works within a team environment, co-operates with others, considers the needs of others, and helps others to achieve objectives
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Innovative and committed to continuous improvement

**Role Requirements**
- Full clean drivers license
- To be able to work on matchday weekends and evenings, including Public Holidays
- Subject to a full DBS Disclosure certification
- To comply and promote the Club’s policies and procedures to include Safeguarding, Equality & Diversity
- Understanding of the governance, security and cyber security requirements as General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
- To undertake required training, including mandatory Club Equality and Diversity and Health and Safety training.
- To adhere to and communicate the Club’s brand values to stakeholders whenever the opportunity arises
