As a Porting Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our business by managing the porting of customer services to our platform. This position involves daily interactions with customers to validate their data and ensure all necessary information is gathered to initiate service ports. You will coordinate with third-party suppliers to schedule service transfers, keeping both customers and internal stakeholders informed throughout the process. Post-transfer, you will conduct technical tests to confirm successful service ports, address any issues, and maintain communication with customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Communicating with customers to collect numbering/address details and Letter of Authority (LOA).
- Submitting Pre-Port Order Validations (POV) requests and sharing outcomes.
- Following up with suppliers for updates on POV and Number Porting requests.
- Addressing and challenging incorrect port rejections.
- Resolving issues related to failed number migrations and managing related problems such as address matching.
- Advising other teams on the status of number migrations.
- Preparing numbers for company and site for the accepted porting date.
- Activating customer number migrations.
- Providing status updates to sales, engineering, and project teams on migrations.
- Informing engineers about activation of migrations.
- Providing daily updates to the billing team regarding number charges.
- Compiling monthly reports on number migrations.
- Answering general numbering and porting queries.
- Performing other duties as necessary within the role.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience in Number Porting
- Previous experience in telecommunications/support
- Strong customer focus
- Customer service experience
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while serving as a resource for team members.
- Capability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly, responding with urgency to situations requiring a quick turnaround.
- Flexibility and commitment to meet business needs.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and go the extra mile.
- Reliability and approachability.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:
