**Job description**
The Technical Team Assistant will be responsible for managing goods in and out, inventory and stock control management, logistics including scheduling and/or making deliveries and pickups. In addition, the role holder will work closely with the Technical Assistant to ensure the site is well maintained and serviced.

**Accountabilities and responsibilities**
- Managing the goods in and goods out function to ensure that all incoming deliveries reach the recipient on time, keeping reporting systems up to date to ensure the Technical Assistant has real time information for financial reporting.
- Ensure all deliveries to suppliers and testing facilities are despatched in time.
- Manage stock control of consumable items for all departments, raising purchase orders to maintain production up time and stop any possible down time by not having the correct equipment /parts
- Arranging paperwork and booking freight forwarder / courier collections for domestic and international despatch
- Maintain the asset register including update on any movement of goods between office sites so at any time the location of assets is correct and available to all.
- General help as required to help the business run smoothly including
- Set up of client and VIP meetings - preparing meeting room, catering, H&S requirements for guests.
- Support set up of marketing events for the company.
- Ad hoc delivery and collections for events, inter-site requirements.
- Support Technical Assistant with upkeep of Bicester office and ensuring office supplies etc are well stocked.
- Support for Operations Team in terms of collection and maintenance of essential parts.
- Provide cover to the Technical Assistant such as holidays, sickness.

**Essential skills and experience**
- Full, clean UK Driving License
- Manual handling
- Educated to GCSE level
- Team player
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative when required
- Local to Bicester

**Desirable skills and experience**
- Forklift truck license

09.00-18.00 Monday to Friday on-site with occasional travel to London office and events as required.
