**Key Duties**:

- Experience in working in a call centre
- Ability to to investigate, evaluate and problem **solving complex repairs**:
- Attention to detail
- Strong co-ordination skills
- Ability to use initiative and be self motivated
- Working in collaboration
**Salary**: £21.10 per hour

- Monday to Friday
