A newly created position and opportunity to work within a dynamic and innovative insurance provider dedicated to serving the needs of clients across the whole spectrum from Corporate to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This position will focus on working with the wider business to enhance the commitment to delivering tailored insurance solutions with a focus on exceptional customer service and innovative digital experiences in their SME division. Currently they have four centre's nationwide and sub divisions within local branches.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SME Sales/Campaign Leader to drive sales initiatives and lead strategic campaigns targeting SMEs across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the insurance industry, with a strong background in running successful sales campaigns, managing distribution channels, and leveraging digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Reporting into the SME Operations Director and National Sales Manager you will be joining a successful division and using your inspirational skills set to further drive services and facilities for this sector.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the SME segment.
Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of sales campaigns targeting SMEs, utilising both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Distribution Management: Manage and nurture relationships with internal distribution partners, to drive sales growth and maximise market penetration.
Digital Marketing: Utilise digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and engage with SME customers.
Direct Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback as needed.
Client-Centric Approach: Foster a client-centric culture within the sales team, ensuring that customer needs are prioritised and addressed effectively throughout the sales process.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the insurance industry, with a focus on SMEs.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and campaigns that drive revenue growth.
Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools, with a track record of leveraging digital channels to drive sales.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
Analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market insights to inform decision-making.
