We are looking for talented Support Workers to join our team in Holywood, County Down workign in one of our most valued clients where the etho's is very much person centered and individual.

As a Support Worker you will be working with young adults / adults who may have a mental health condition, learning difficulties, and challenging/complex behaviour to promote their independance in his/her own unique community. This unique setting has on site farm areas, gardening areas, bakery, woodwork and beautiful scenic walks for the service users to enjoy.

This role can include day duties, night duties and occasional sleep in shifts. Block placements also available ongoing.

The nature of the role means we need experienced Support Workers, with at least 6 months previous experience in a similar role.

Any additional training required for you to carry out your role safely will be provided.
